About us

One company. A connected ecommerce ecosystem.

Digital Mindset builds and operates AI products for people who buy, sell and ship physical goods online. Everything we make answers one question: what should this business do next, and how do we get it done?

1

Integration

Connect business applications, supplier catalogues, marketplace data and web information through Exsel.ai iPaaS.

2

Intelligence

Turn that information into product dossiers, forecasts, unit economics and ranked recommendations.

3

Implementation

Build the stores, listings, sourcing routes and operating workflows that act on the decision.

4

Platforms

Run our own trade and consumer destinations, so our tooling is tested on real orders before it reaches a client.

How we work
  1. Evidence before opinion. Every recommendation carries its inputs: the demand signal, the supplier offer, the fee assumption, the gap in the data.
  2. Humans stay in the loop. AI prepares the work; people approve purchases, store changes and anything with legal or financial weight.
  3. Scope before scale. We start with one costly bottleneck, prove it, then expand across more workflows.
  4. Outputs you can take away. Dossiers, briefs and plans are yours to review, copy, download and hand to any team.
  5. We use what we sell. Our own trade and consumer platforms run on the same tooling we deliver to clients.

Product expertise, commercial context and implementation support work together in every engagement. Specialist judgement, approvals and store changes remain with you or the agreed implementation team.

Problem & opportunity

Ecommerce runs on spreadsheets. The decisions are worth billions.

Multi-trillion-dollar global ecommerce is operated, product by product, by sellers who decide what to buy, where to source it, how to price it and when to reorder with a virtual assistant, a spreadsheet and a guess. Every one of those decisions has a landed cost, a fee stack, a tax position and a demand curve behind it. Almost none of them are made with that evidence in view.

1

The work is repetitive

Supplier comparisons, repricing, stock checks and listing fixes are redone by hand every day, across every marketplace, by people who are paid to repeat rather than to decide.

2

The data is scattered

Supplier feeds, marketplace histories, store data and web signals live in different formats under different identifiers. Nobody joins them, so nobody sees the whole economics of a product.

3

Generic AI cannot be trusted with money

A chatbot does not know your landed cost, cannot forecast demand with a confidence range, and will happily write to your store. Sellers need intelligence that is grounded, governed and accountable.

Why now
  • Agentic AI matured. Specialist models, retrieval and orchestration are reliable enough to run governed commercial workflows, not just chat.
  • Marketplaces got harder. More fees, more channels, more compliance, thinner margins. The cost of an unexamined decision keeps rising.
  • Data became programmable. Supplier, marketplace and social-commerce data can be captured, matched and refreshed at machine speed, if someone builds the spine.
The category we are building

Decision intelligence for ecommerce, delivered as an iPaaS

Not another dashboard, not another scraper, not another chatbot. A platform that connects the evidence, composes seven AI layers over it, and hands sellers decisions they can approve and act on, with our own trade platforms proving it on real orders.

See the market in numbers →

What this means for investors. A large, fragmented operator base, a repeated high-value decision, and a platform that owns the evidence spine those decisions depend on.

Market in numbers

The operator base is enormous. The decision layer is still empty.

Every figure is published by the named source; none is ours. A large, marketplace-driven market paying more every year for decisions still made by hand.

Intelligence ladder

Seven AI layers, composed into one decision.

Most “AI for ecommerce” is a chatbot over a spreadsheet. Exsel.ai is a compound AI system: each layer answers a different question, each is grounded in the same evidence, and the layers are composed into governed workflows rather than a single model guessing in one shot.

Compound AI: the layer that makes the others worth paying for

A single model cannot forecast, prove causality, optimise a purchase order and explain itself. Compound AI composes specialist models, retrieval, rules and business gates into one workflow, so every recommendation carries its forecast range, causal check, economics and evidence. The composition is the product.

Compound AI

Composition is the product

The layers are composed, not stacked: a Passport carries its forecast range, causal check, economics and citations in one dossier.

Grounded

Evidence first, model second

Every layer reads the same evidence spine. Missing data is marked unknown, never invented, and every value carries its source and freshness.

Governed

AI prepares, people approve

No layer writes to your store, prices or orders. Plans are proposals with a human approval step and an audit trail.

What this means for you

You are not buying a model. You are buying a decision system whose layers are already composed, grounded and governed, and that gets better with every order it sees.

Ask for a layer-by-layer walkthrough

Visit exsel.ai

All seven layers are live. The sources, markets and write permissions each layer may use are configured per engagement.

Operating principles

Composed, grounded, governed. Our six operating principles.

We build with AI, run on AI and sell AI. These are the rules every workflow we ship has to pass, whether it serves our own trade or a client.

1

Compose, never trust one model

Forecasting, causal checks, optimisation and explanation are different jobs. Each runs on the specialist best suited to it; a compound workflow combines them.

2

Evidence before inference

Every value a model sees is resolved onto one product identity with its source and freshness. Missing data is marked unknown, never invented. Generated text cites what it used.

3

Gates decide, scores prioritise

Business rules (eligibility, restrictions, margin floors, stock minimums) qualify or veto. Scores only rank what the gates allow. No model can blend its way past a rule.

4

AI prepares, people approve

No workflow writes to a store, a price, an order or an ad account without an approval step. Every action is one-way, logged and reversible by the person who approved it.

5

Independent QA on everything

What one agent builds, a different agent and model family verify, with receipts bound to the artefact. No self-certification, in our engineering or our workflows.

6

Status honesty

Every capability carries its deployment status, confidence and limitations. We would rather tell a client a layer is new than let a confident number do the talking.

What we refuse to ship

  • A chatbot over a spreadsheet that answers from general knowledge
  • A score without the inputs, range and limitations behind it
  • An automation that writes to your accounts silently
  • A number we invented to make a page look complete

How we build with AI ourselves

A small senior team directs AI agents through written task cards, independent review and an append-only ledger of every run. Workflow count grows while headcount stays flat: the economics we hand to clients.

These principles are enforced in the platform’s contracts and gates, not only in policy: a workflow that violates them fails validation and does not run.

Evidence spine

One product, one identity, every fact with its source and its age.

Decisions are only as good as the evidence under them. We built the evidence spine first and the AI second: a way to turn supplier feeds, marketplace histories, store data and web signals into decision-grade facts about one product.

2,000+Evidence fields resolved per product
6Marketplaces under continuous observation
1M+Supplier product records normalised
9M+Market observations in the forecasting series

Collect

Supplier feeds, marketplace price and rank history, store and order data, social-commerce and web signals, official tax sources, on schedules.

Resolve

Every record is matched to one product identity in a fixed order; invalid identifiers are quarantined, conflicts halt the record.

Qualify

Each of 2,000+ fields is resolved, computed, assumed with a visible note, or marked unavailable. Unknown is never zero.

Serve

Fresh, provenance-labelled evidence packets feed every workflow, Passport and API; stale offers never reach a decision.

Data rules we live by

  • Public and client-authorised data only. Sources carry a rights, cost and write policy; nothing is collected a client is not permitted to use.
  • Tenant isolation. Each client’s data, workflows and outputs are scoped to that client; supplier identities and private costs never render to another party.
  • Freshness is a gate. An offer is sellable only if positively fresh and in stock; a missing timestamp counts as stale.
  • Everything is receipted. Every run carries a lineage hash of its inputs, so any number can be traced and reproduced later.
  • Spend is governed. Paid data is reserved before it is fetched, capped per source, and recorded in an append-only ledger.
Why this is the moat

Anyone can call a model. Few can hand it a product with its landed cost, fee stack, tax position, demand history and supplier options already joined, dated and sourced. That spine compounds with every feed, order and outcome, and it is not for sale anywhere else.

Figures are rounded operating facts of the platform as it runs today, not forecasts.

Exsel.ai iPaaS

One platform that runs your workflows, not just ours.

An iPaaS connects a client’s marketplaces, store, suppliers, ERP and ad accounts once, then runs their operating workflows across them on a schedule or a trigger. Exsel.ai adds seven AI layers to each workflow and writes the approved result back where the client works. The same platform runs our own trade.

Know the economics before you buy.

An attractive product is not always a profitable opportunity. The Passport puts the commercial evidence for one product in one place, with landed cost, fees, tax and demand already counted.

Each suite is configured for your sources, markets and permissions, validated with your team, then run on an agreed cadence with review points. The suites draw on the documented portfolio of 65 AI workflows; those applied to your engagement are selected for your scope.

AI workflows

Stop paying people to repeat the same search every morning.

Many stores run on a virtual assistant repeating research, comparisons and reports by hand. We rebuild those tasks as connected workflows, so the same work happens once, consistently, with the reasoning attached. Six capability areas, sixty-five documented workflows.

Capability areaWhat the workflows coverWhat it replaces

What changes for your team
  • Structured product and opportunity analysis instead of ad-hoc searching.
  • Organised sourcing and unit-economics outputs instead of offer-by-offer comparison.
  • Stock, pricing and portfolio decision briefs instead of report assembly.
  • Focused listing, launch and growth actions instead of a backlog of ideas.
What stays with you

Business approvals, purchase commitments, store changes and specialist judgement remain with you or the agreed implementation team. The workflows prepare the decision; your people make it.

Capability areas are drawn from the documented workflow portfolio. The relevant services and deliverables are agreed for each client.

Who it’s for

Find your role. See what your first week looks like.

Every platform here was built around a job someone does every day. Nothing needs your team to learn a new tool. The workflows arrive where you already work: your inbox, your sheets, your dashboard, your marketplace account.

Amazon seller

You sell on Amazon

You know your sales, not your true margin per product after fees, returns and ads. The reorder email arrives a week late.

Start with: Product-to-Profit Passport, Inventory and Margin, Account Protection.

Week one

Connect your seller account and price lists. By Friday every product has a Passport with landed margin, reorder date and forecast range, a fee-anomaly list is waiting and listing changes are watched.

TikTok Shop seller

You sell on TikTok Shop

A product is hot for ten days, creators quote what they like, and you learn what worked after the money is spent.

Start with: Roshni, Growth and Expansion, exsel.io signals.

Week one

A trend-to-product radar for your category, creators ranked by fit and cost, commission and attribution terms side by side, and a launch blueprint for the product the evidence backs.

Multi-channel seller

You sell on eBay, Walmart and your own store too

Three channels, three price lists, one spreadsheet that is always a day old.

Start with: Growth and Expansion, Portfolio Performance.

Week one

One weekly brief ranked by money at stake across channels, repricing proposals that respect parity and margin floors, and an Expansion Passport for the channel you have not opened.

Wholesaler, distributor

You supply the trade

Your price list is a PDF, buyers want to know what sells, and your best lines sit next to your slowest.

Start with: exsel.trade, Sourcing and Profit.

Week one

Your catalogue on an AI-ranked B2B marketplace where buyers see demand evidence next to your offer, and your own price lists turned into landed-cost comparisons.

Brand owner, founder

You are launching or going direct

You have the product. The store, the listings, the channel choice and the launch order are a fog.

Start with: YouSell.Online, Launch blueprints, Passport.

Week one

A scoped build plan with owners and dates, listing content from verified specifications, a Passport per product saying launch, hold or skip, and a day-one keyword set.

Data analyst, developer

You work with the data

Half your week goes on scraping, cleaning and matching before a question gets answered, and the scraper breaks on Tuesdays.

Start with: exsel.io.

Week one

One API key, documented endpoints and a scheduled stream of product-matched JSON for your markets, with change monitoring and webhooks. Your notebook starts at the analysis.

Affiliate marketer, creator

You earn on what you recommend

Programmes change terms quietly, cookie windows differ, and you post on instinct.

Start with: Roshni.

Week one

Programme eligibility matched to your audience, commissions and attribution windows normalised, a content brief per product, and a watchlist that tells you when a programme or trend turns.

Sourcing, finance, operations

You run sourcing, cash or operations

Supplier comparisons by hand, cash locked in stock, fees that drift and reimbursements nobody claims.

Start with: Sourcing and Profit, Purchase and Reorder, Inventory and Margin.

Week one

Every supplier offer on a landed-cost basis, a purchase-order and cash plan with timing, a fee-anomaly and reimbursement list, and a reorder forecaster that fires before the shelf is empty.

Why Digital Mindset

Seven things a competitor cannot copy from a demo.

Anyone can wrap a model in a chat window. The defensible value sits underneath: the evidence spine, the governed workflow portfolio, the composed AI stack, and the trade platforms that feed it real outcomes.

1

The evidence spine

One product identity across suppliers, six marketplaces, stores and the web; 2,000+ fields per product; millions of observations accumulating weekly. Data joined this way compounds, and it is not for sale anywhere.

2

Compound AI, not a chatbot

Seven layers, descriptive to generative, composed into one governed pipeline. Each recommendation ships with its forecast range, causal check, economics and citations.

3

Sixty-five governed workflows

Sourcing, purchasing, inventory, growth, account protection and portfolio control, each with inputs, evidence dependencies and an output contract. Years of domain logic, already written.

4

We sell what we build

exsel.trade (B2B) and exsel.shop (B2C) run on the intelligence we license, across every category the big marketplaces sell. Our margin is the first customer, and every order returns as evidence.

5

Governance by design

No-write boundary, human approval on every action, tenant isolation, spend caps, audit trails and independent QA. The controls enterprise buyers ask for are already in the architecture.

6

An ecosystem, not a point tool

Seven platforms share one spine: data in through exsel.io and Roshni, decisions out through the trade and service platforms. Each makes the others more valuable.

7

AI-native economics

The company is built the way it sells: a small senior team orchestrating AI agents under independent QA, with four regional offices for reach. Capability per head that a conventional software company cannot match.

The investor case in one line

Own the evidence spine and the governed decision layer for ecommerce, prove it on our own trade, and license it to everyone else.

Business model

Six revenue lines on one platform.

Every platform in the ecosystem is a revenue line, and every revenue line feeds the evidence spine that makes the next one stronger.

The flywheel
  1. More sources connected through exsel.io, Roshni and supplier feeds
  2. Richer evidence spine per product, across more markets
  3. Better decisions from the composed AI layers
  4. More orders on exsel.trade, exsel.shop and client stores
  5. Outcomes return as evidence, and the forecasts improve
Why the model is capital-efficient

One platform build serves six revenue lines; new products are workflows, not new companies.

Trade revenue funds data acquisition that pure software vendors must buy.

Usage-based data APIs monetise the spine directly, independent of seller subscriptions.

AI-native delivery keeps headcount flat while the workflow count grows.

Revenue lines are described structurally. Pricing, tiers and commercial terms are provided in the investor data room.

NEXT

More markets, more sources, every category

Wider marketplace, supplier and social-commerce coverage feeding the evidence spine across all categories we trade.

THEN

Ecosystem go-to-market

Exsel.ai subscriptions, exsel.io API plans, exsel.trade and exsel.shop category growth, regional sales from the US, EU, UK and EMEA offices.

SCALE

Partner and enterprise channels

Agencies, aggregators and enterprise sellers running their operations on the platform through partner APIs.

What investment accelerates
  • Scaling the predictive and prescriptive layers to every market and category we observe.
  • Data acquisition: wider marketplace, supplier and social-commerce coverage feeding the spine.
  • Go-to-market for Exsel.ai subscriptions and exsel.io API plans through the regional offices.
  • Trade book growth on exsel.trade and exsel.shop, the platform’s own proving ground.

Financial history, pipeline and the funding ask are shared in the investor data room.

Operating figures are rounded and describe the platform as deployed. They are not forecasts.

How we work

A defined engagement you can evaluate, not a vague promise of AI transformation.

You should know what you are buying, what we will deliver and how it will fit your business. Every engagement follows the same four stages.

Share the bottleneck

Show us the task, decision or process that is taking too much time or creating uncertainty. We agree objectives, available information and a success measure.

Agree the deliverables

Define the outputs, the sources we may use, responsibilities on both sides and the review points. The scope is written down before work starts.

Build and validate

Configure the workflows or deliver the implementation. Check output quality, permissions and behaviour with your team before adoption.

Put it to work

Use the outputs, support your team, and refine the approach from feedback in real business use. Expand to the next workflow when the first one earns it.

Control 01

Human review

Purchases, repricing, listing changes and anything with legal or financial weight are reviewed by an accountable person before action.

Control 02

Clear access rights

Sources, credentials and automation permissions are agreed per engagement. We never widen access without a written decision.

Control 03

Traceable inputs

Every recommendation carries the evidence it used, so your team can question it, reproduce it and audit it later.

Engagement formats

Scoped workflow projects, platform subscriptions on Exsel.ai, implementation retainers through YouSell.Online, and wholesale buying through exsel.trade. Mix them as your priorities change.

Leadership · A message from the CEO

Information is cheap. A decision you can trust is the business.

Running an online business should not mean spending the day chasing spreadsheets, supervising repetitive tasks and guessing which product deserves your money.

Dear clients and partners,

I started Digital Mindset because I sell online myself. I know what it costs to compare forty supplier offers by hand, to reprice a catalogue from memory, and to discover a margin problem three months after the stock arrived. The tools we build exist to remove that cost.

So we built Exsel.ai as a compound AI system, not a chatbot. Seven layers of intelligence, from unified data and diagnostics through agentic workflows, predictive forecasting, causal checks and prescriptive plans to retrieval-grounded explanation, composed over one evidence spine and governed so that AI prepares and people approve. Around it sit the platforms that prove it on real orders: exsel.trade, exsel.shop, exsel.io, Roshni, YouSell.Online and Superdrugs.pk.

To clients, this means decisions with the forecast, the economics and the evidence attached. To investors, it means a company that owns the evidence spine and the governed decision layer for a multi-trillion-dollar operator base, sells what it builds, and runs with AI-native economics from four regional offices.

Show us your biggest operational bottleneck, or ask us why this is the platform to back.
